Trips taken with my Labrador Retrievers.
Yesterday’s late trip didn’t leave much time to explore. So today, we started early on Beaver Hill.
The last-minute plan to Whiskey Dick Wildlife Area put us on the trail at 2 PM. A super late start!
Today we went east to Steamboat Rock in search of the afternoon sunshine. We had no views on yesterday's trip.
Puget Sound had a lower chance of rainfall. So we made Mount Pickett our rainy day destination.
In addition to the main summit, we added Long View Peak and Clay Pit Peak to get in some exercise.
We followed the better weather up to Cama Beach Historical State Park and Camano Island State Park.
The overnight snowstorms caused many spin-outs over Snoqualmie Pass. So we stayed put on this side.
Sentinel Mountain is one of the several identified high points on the Saddle Mountains.
Due to high rainfall, this year, we weren't able to welcome the new year on top of a mountain.
