Dirty Harrys Peak was perfect for today to be close to home. I came across a recent detailed trip report from HikerJim on WTA and got a better idea of the recent trail conditions.
No need to go into depth about the approach to the peak as it has been well-depicted by HikerJim. Snow level at 3,200’, put on spikes at 3,800’ for traction. No need for snowshoes, just spikes worked perfectly all the way to the summit.
No views at the summit, I took some photos and quickly got down the mountain before sunset arrived.
