2011/12/29 – Dirty Harry’s Peak / 污哈利峯

Dirty Harry was perfect for the day as I needed some place closer to home. I came across a recent detailed trip report from HikerJim on WTA and got a better idea of the recent trail conditions.

There’s no need for me to into depth about the route to Dirty Harry as it has been well-depicted by HikerJim. Snow level at 3,200’, put on spikes at 3,800’ for traction. No need for snowshoes, just spikes worked perfectly all the way to the summit.

No views at the summit, took some photos and quickly went down the mountain before sunset.
