Hiking on the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail was the least exciting part of the trip. Because of this, it felt like forever getting to the base of the ridge.
But despite the long walk, views on the ridge were great! Virtually all of the high points around Snoqualmie Pass were visible. I could even see more of Keechelus Lake from this ridge than on Roaring Ridge.
